Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing or via the Manage billing link on this page. Your access stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Open Settings → Billing after signing in, or use the Manage billing link that appears on this page once subscribed. If you subscribed through an app store, manage it directly there.

Nothing changes until the period ends. After that, new jobs are capped at the free limits — existing transcriptions and converted files are not affected.
